Hello, I'm w / 13 and want to feed a healthy. The only problem is that I neither fruit, vegetables (up to potatoes), still fish eat. I do not really notice what is so healthy and I would like to have a few more dishes that I can do that I do not always have to eat the same :) I know it's difficult but can help me who may help me?
There is not much left enough except nuts, meat and good carbohydrate sources.
Do not taste no vegetables with sauce?
