My body fat content is not too high (you see Sixpack), but my face is totally fat and I feel uncomfortable, you would say I should scratch the two, three superfluous kilos or build further muscle as well as possible? (Have since I started training good results but I could still work on it)
I would say that comes to your personal goals. If you are satisfied with your current muscle mass, you can still go into the diet and try to lose body fat. However, if you want to build more muscles, you should once again go to the "Masse Phase".
So that's what you can best answer because you know what's more important :)
