Which training plan is suitable for me?

Hey,

Currently I train after the 3 Split Push-Pull legs. However, I wonder if it is not a bit too little to train every muscle group only once a week. Can I just make it so that I release Monday Push Tuesday Pull Wednesday Legs Thursday free and then the same again in the same week make (ie a 6er split), or would that be too much of the good?
PS: I'm still amateur but wants to build muscle quickly and effectively.

Hello Moritz!

As a beginner, you should definitely make a complex full body training with stop days for regeneration. Muscles, tapes, tendons and the skin must first get used to the load.

However, I wonder if it is not a bit too little to train every muscle group only once a week.

That is not good. Often the beginner splits because you like to work on the experiences with professional level and 5 - 7 x training the week. Additional risk to the amateur: maybe muscles are exercised only 1 x a week. Muscles are impatient - they do not like to wait for a new charm for so long. Then muscle build up against muscle reduction.

A full body trainNG prevents it from.

And then you then split as a amateur with a 2 he Split

Good luck

You can do so However, that's still a 3-split, which you are training twice a week.

Whether that's right for you as a beginner is a different topic ....
